Once a year local melons and tomatoes are at their peak.  In honour of this we decided to make an Italian themed Sunday supper with our favourite seasonal dishes!

Melon and prosciutto – truffled honey

Caprese salad  – Local heirloom tomatoes, fiore di latte, basil 

Lasagna –  bolognese, bechamel, ricotta, spinach 

Roasted garlic sourdough

Tiramisu – Lady fingers, coffee, whipped mascarpone, amaro
