This is dinner prepped in our kitchen, packed up and all you have to do is heat it up and tell your family and friends that cooked all day!

Turkey Wellington Brined turkey breast wrapped in pine nut and cranberry stuffing, and prosciutto, short crust Chardonnay and roast turkey jus.
Turkey Lasagna Confit turkey bolognaise sauce, spiced bechamel, braised spinach, ricotta, mozzarella.
Fried Brussel Sprouts Cheesy alpine fondue sauce.
Broccolini Caesar Salad Bagna cauda emulsion, brioche crumble, pecorino.
